About the Program
The Serendipity Research Confluence, initiated by Nasir Memon from NYU Shanghai aims to foster research collaboration among faculty from NYU’s three campuses - New York, Abu Dhabi, and Shanghai - highlighting the growing fields of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) in science and engineering.
Participants will engage in intimate, focused discussions designed to build networks of shared interests and collaborate on drafting white papers outlining specific research projects. These initiatives will later be positioned for potential seed funding, marking a significant step toward advancing research in these critical areas.
