SFSC of AI and DL hosted Workshop on Application of Deep Learning & Data Science in Transportation and Smart City on June 25, 2023, organized by Prof. Zhibin Chen.
The remarkable achievements of AlphaGo, AlphaFold, and ChatGPT in recent years have underscored the potential of deep learning and artificial intelligence in addressing complex, real-world challenges, particularly in transportation and smart cities. To demonstrate the application of these technologies in these fields to an audience comprising students at NYUSH and to foster dialogue among participants from various universities, we organized a workshop titled 'Application of Deep Learning & Data Science in Transportation and Smart City' on June 25, 2023. Esteemed faculties from NYU Shanghai, Tongji University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Zhejiang University, Southeast University, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Nanjing University of Science and Technology, and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou) delivered 11 high-quality presentations. This event attracted an audience of over 50, highlighting the growing interest in these cutting-edge technologies.
